Taxonomy
Ivaia indistincta was named by Becker-Migdisova (1960). It is not extant. Its type locality is Soyana (PIN collection 2455), which is in a Roadian lagoonal sandstone in the Iva-Gora Beds Formation of the Russian Federation.
