Kharakhutulia kalandadzei

Taxonomy
Kharakhutulia kalandadzei was named by Sukhanov et al. (2008). Its type specimen is PIN 5268−1, a partial shell (A partial shell missing its right and posterior periphery), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khara Khutul (PIN coll. 5268) [MPE/SMPE], which is in a Cenomanian/Santonian terrestrial horizon in the Baynshire Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Kharakhutulia.
