Allopelecinus terpnus

Taxonomy
Allopelecinus terpnus was named by Zhang and Rasnitsyn (2006). Its type specimen is NIGP L91446(7), an exoskeleton (complete female in lateral aspect), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Nanligezhuang, Tuanwang Town, Laiyang City (Shandong Prov. Mus.), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large shale in the Laiyang Formation of China. It is the type species of Allopelecinus.
