Iscopinus suspectus

Taxonomy
Iscopinus suspectus was named by Zhang and Rasnitsyn (2004). Its type specimen is PIN 4210/5240, an exoskeleton (body very incomplete, with head, mesosomal basal half and hindwings missing; forewings incomplete and deformed; metasomal base damaged), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 4210, unknown layer), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
