Barungoia vasta

Taxonomy
Barungoia vasta was named by Alifanov (1993). Its type specimen is PIN 4487/2, a skull (complete skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khulsan (PIN coll. 4487) [SMPE], which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Barungoia.
