F. de Lapparent de Broin 2004The Shachemydinae differ from the species of the node C, Adocinae, in: - the more flattened shell; - the ventral border of the marginals progressively more narrowed toward the nuchal; - the posterior border of the intergulars truncated just in front of the entoplastron which is anteriorly shortened.
