Kuehneosuchus latissimus

Taxonomy
Kuehneosaurus latissimus was named by Robinson (1962). Its type specimen is NHMUK R.111, a partial skeleton (associated vertebrae and ribs), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Batscombe Quarry, which is in a Rhaetian fissure fill horizon in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Kuehneosuchus.

It was recombined as Kuehneosuchus latissimus by Robinson (1967) and Estes (1983).
