It was misspelled as Youldiinae by Anelli et al. (2006); it was corrected as Yoldiinae by Coan et al. (2000), Bouchet et al. (2010) and Carter et al. (2011).
It was assigned to Nuculanidae by Lintz (1958); to Yoldiidae by Coan et al. (2000) and Bouchet et al. (2010); and to Sareptidae by Anelli et al. (2006) and Carter et al. (2011).
