Metallagecrinus palermoensis
Taxonomy
Metallagecrinus palermoensis was named by Strimple and Sevastopulo (1982). Its type specimen is USNM 140851, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pietra di Salomone megablock, USNM collection, Sosio Valley, Sicily, which is in a Wordian platform/shelf-margin reef reef rocks/rudstone in Italy.
