Lotagnostus (Eolotagnostus) cristus was named by Ergaliev and Ergaliev (2008). It is not extant. Its type locality is Kyrshabakty River, 1400-2, which is in an Aksaian slope lime mudstone/wackestone in the Bestogai Formation of Kazakhstan.
