Cratonerthra corinthiana
Taxonomy
Cratonerthra corinthiana was named by Martins-Neto (2005). Its type specimen is MPFT-I-027, an exoskeleton (complete body), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Crato, Pedra Branca Quarry (MPFT collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large lime mudstone in the Crato Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Cratonerthra.
