Eurudagnostus was named by Lermontova (1951). It is not extant. Its type is Eurudagnostus grandis.

It was synonymized subjectively with Oncagnostus by Jell and Adrain (2002).

It was assigned to Agnostidae by Ergaliev and Ergaliev (2008) and Naimark and Pegel (2017).
