Taxonomy
Pseudophillipsia borissiaki was named by Tumanskaya (1935). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Totay-Koy Block, Salhyr River, Crimea, which is in a Roadian carbonate limestone in the Marta Formation of Ukraine.
