Taxonomy
Lagarocrinus anglicus was named by Jaekel (1900). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gumma Farm, Presteigne, which is in a Whitcliffe marine horizon in the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Cicerocrinus anglicus by Ramsbottom (1958).
