Worthenia alamillano was named by Girty (1909). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Yvania alamillano by Weller (1929); it was recombined as Baylea alamillano by Yochelson and Saunders (1967); it was recombined as Apachella alimillano by Kulas and Batten (1997); it was recombined as Apachella alamillano by Wagner (2023).
