Afropone oculata

Taxonomy
Afropone oculata was named by Dlussky et al. (2004). Its type specimen is BP/2/28072a/2, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Orapa (Bernard Price Institute), which is in a Turonian lacustrine - large mudstone in Botswana.
