Taxonomy
Perissocoelia habra was named by Rigby and Webby (1988). It is not extant. Its type locality is Lower Gleesons Creek, Cliefden Caves, which is in an Eastonian slope/ramp reef limestone/siltstone in the Malongulli Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Perissocoelia.
