Euphemites apertus

Taxonomy
Euphemus apertus was named by Waagen (1880). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Virgal, topmost beds of Upper Productus-limestone, Salt Range, which is in a Changhsingian marine sandstone in the Chhidru Formation of Pakistan.

It was recombined as Euphemites apertus by Yochelson (1960).
