Promastacoides albertae

Taxonomy
Promastacoides albertae was named by Kevan and Wighton (1981). Its type specimen is UAPC 6173, a forewing (complete but crumpled), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Site 2 (east bank of Red Deer River), which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial horizon in the Paskapoo Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Promastacoides.
