Plecia pulla

Taxonomy
Penthetria pulla was named by Handlirsch (1910). Its type specimen is GSC 7252, a wing (both wings), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tulameen river, opposite Vermilion bluff, which is in a Ypresian lacustrine horizon in the Allenby Formation of Canada.

It was recombined as Plecia pulla by Rice (1959).
