Cernictis repenningi
Taxonomy
Cernictis repenningi was named by Baskin (2011). Its type specimen is UALP 8079, a mandible (left mandibular fragment with p2-m1, alveolus for the m2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is White Cone, which is in a Hemphillian terrestrial horizon in the Bidahochi Formation of Arizona.
