Ancylochira agilis

Taxonomy
Ancylochira agilis was named by Meunier (1921). Its type specimen is 4072, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Grube Messel Pit (Museum Darmstadt Collection), which is in a MP 11 crater lake claystone in the Messel Formation of Germany.

It was recombined as Eodromus agilis by Haupt (1950), Haupt (1956) and Kirejtshuk et al. (2008).
