Protempusa incerta

Taxonomy
Protempusa incerta was named by Piton (1940). Its type specimen is MNHN-LP-R 07035, an exoskeleton (fragment metathorax & hindwing), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Menat (Piton collection), which is in a Thanetian crater lake diatomite in the Menat Formation of France.
