Prolamioides bituminosus

Taxonomy
Prolamioides bituminosus was named by Piton and Théobald (1937). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.R07016, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Menat (Piacentini coll.), which is in a Thanetian crater lake diatomite in the Menat Formation of France. It is the type species of Prolamioides.
