Taxonomy
Coronopsis vagrans was named by Waterhouse (1963). Its type specimen is TM2974 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GS7803, Waituna Farm (D43/f9524), which is in a Changhsingian marine limestone in New Zealand.
