Taxonomy
Neocamptocrinus wardenensis was named by Willink (1980). Its type specimen is AM F45170, a calyx, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Warden Head, Ulladulla, which is in a Roadian prodelta siltstone in the Wandrawandian Formation of Australia.
