Taxonomy
Ipciphyllum heshanense was named by Wu and Zhao (1983). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Heshan Act488, Laibin County, which is in a Wuchiapingian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Wujiaping Formation of China.
