Palaeoleon ferrogeneticus

Taxonomy
Palaeoleon ferrogeneticus was named by Rice (1969). Its type specimen is GSC 22188, a forewing (complete ? forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Redmond No. 1, Knob Lake District (Dorf collection), which is in a Cenomanian marginal marine claystone in the Redmond Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Palaeoleon.
