Iranophyllum shirasakiense

Taxonomy
Iranophyllum shirasakiense was named by Yamagiwa and Suzuki (1976). Its type specimen is NSM PA11668 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shirasaki, Yura-machi, Hitaka-gun, Wakayama Prefecture, which is in a Roadian carbonate limestone in the Shirasaki Formation of Japan.
