Taxonomy
Indusia calculosa was named by Scudder (1878). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Mouth of Lead Creek, which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large limestone in the Green River Formation of Wyoming.
