Taxonomy
Calycocoelia annulata was named by Rigby (1973). It is not extant. Its type locality is Mann Island, Lake Timiskaming, which is in a Llandovery marine horizon in the Thornloe Formation of Canada.
It was recombined as Archaeoscyphia annulata by Rigby and Chatterton (1999).
