Taxonomy
Reteporidra massiva was named by Morozova (1992). Its type specimen is PIN 2287/1012 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Buriduin-Gol River, Khuren-Tologoi Mountains, which is in a Roadian marine horizon in Mongolia.
