Cydnus sagittifer

Taxonomy
Cydnopsis sagittifera was named by Heer (1853). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Oeningen, upper quarry, which is in a Sarmatian crater lake limestone in the Upper Freshwater-Molasse Formation of Germany.

It was recombined as Cydnus sagittifer by Förster (1891) and Theobald (1937).
