Taxonomy
Tachylasma irregulare was named by Yu et al. (1981). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cape Stosch T67-88, River 1, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Wegener Halvo Formation of Greenland.
