Costiferina arata

Taxonomy
Productus aratus was named by Waagen (1884). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jabi, "Cephalopod Bed", Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine limestone in the Chhidru Formation of Pakistan.

It was recombined as Productus (Dictyoclostus) aratus by Reed (1944); it was recombined as Costiferina arata by Zhang and Jin (1976).
