Tambaroter carrolli
Taxonomy
Tambaroter carrolli was named by Henrici et al. (2011). Its type specimen is MNG 14708, a skull (almost complete), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tambach-Dietharz temporary excavation site, which is in an Artinskian fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Tambach Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Tambaroter.
