Eiffelospongia hirsuta
Taxonomy
Eiffelospongia hirsuta was named by Rigby and Collins (2004). It is not extant. Its type locality is 14s. Trilobite Bed, Mount Stephen, which is in a Delamaran deep-water shale in the Burgess Shale Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Eiffelospongia.
