Straparollus (Euomphalus) sumatrensis
Taxonomy
Euomphalus sumatrensis was named by Roemer (1880). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Padang Highlands, which is in a Roadian/Wordian carbonate limestone in the Silungkang Formation of Indonesia.
It was recombined as Euomphalus (Phymatifer) sumatrensis by Fliegel (1901); it was recombined as Straparollus (Euomphalus) sumatrensis by Fantini Sestini (1965).
