Gallatinospongia conica
Taxonomy
Gallatinospongia conica was named by Okulitch and Bell (1955). It is not extant. Its type locality is 2998/1A Beaver Creek Canyon, which is in a Franconian carbonate limestone in the Gallatin Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Gallatinospongia.
