Prometopia depilis

Taxonomy
Prometopia depilis was named by Scudder (1877). Its type specimen is GSC 24, an exoskeleton (beetle missing head and thorax broken), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Quesnel, which is in a Priabonian lacustrine shale in the Australian Creek Formation of Canada.
