Caseodus varidentis
Taxonomy
Caseodus varidentis was named by Mutter and Neuman (2008). Its type specimen is TMP 86.42.3, a partial skull (neurocranium and anterior portion of lower jaws), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is C cirque, Fossil Fish Lake, Wapiti Lake, which is in a Smithian offshore siltstone in the Sulphur Mountain Formation of Canada.
