Mesocephus sibiricus
Taxonomy
Mesocephus sibiricus was named by Rasnitsyn (1968). Its type specimen is PIN 1989/2608, a wing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 1989), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Mesocephus.
