Oligocassida melaena

Taxonomy
Oligocassida melaena was named by Theobald (1937). Its type specimen is Nimes. Museum Ni 18, an exoskeleton (body missing head), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Les Fumades, which is in an Eocene lacustrine marl in France. It is the type species of Oligocassida.
