Cretapenaeus berberus

Taxonomy
Cretapenaeus berberus was named by Garassino et al. (2006). Its type specimen is MNHN A24633, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Djebel Oum Tkout, which is in a Cenomanian pond claystone in Morocco. It is the type species of Cretapenaeus.
