Phenopterum briggsi

Taxonomy
Phenopterum briggsi was named by Béthoux and Nel (2010). Its type specimen is MNHN Sotty II-083713, an exoskeleton (four incomplete wings connected to pterothorax), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Montceau-les-Mines (Sotty MNHN/MHNA coll), which is in a Stephanian B deltaic mudstone in France.
