Erasipterella piesbergensis

Taxonomy
Erasipterella piesbergensis was named by Brauckmann (1983). Its type specimen is Naturwissenschaftlichen Museums Osnabrück 801, a wing (fore and hindwing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Piesberg quarry, "Flöz Dreibänk" (NM Osnabrück coll), which is in a Westphalian D lacustrine deltaic claystone in the Flöz Dreibänke Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Erasipterella.
