Drescheratherium acutum
Taxonomy
Drescheratherium acutum was named by Krebs (1998). Its type specimen is Gui Mam 4/73, a maxilla, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Guimarota, which is in a Kimmeridgian lagoonal coal in the Alcobaça Formation of Portugal. It is the type species of Drescheratherium.
