Tcholmanvissia longipes
Taxonomy
Metoedischia longipes was named by Martynov (1940). Its type specimen is PIN 118/34, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 118), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Pinegia longipes by Novokshonov (1998); it was recombined as Tcholmanvissia longipes by Béthoux and Nel (2002) and Béthoux (2007).
