Taxonomy
Sogdoblatta magnifica was named by Martynov (1937). Its type specimen is KK I 42ab, a tegmen (fragment), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kyzyl-Kiya, which is in a Pliensbachian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in Kyrgyzstan.
