Charonoscaphidia elongata
Taxonomy
Charonoscaphidia elongata was named by Ponomarenko (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 2384/717, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2384), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
